An organic light emitting display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate; a plurality of pixels forming a matrix on the substrate; and a secondary organic light emitting element placed apart from the pixels. When the secondary light emitting element is formed like the present invention, a visual beauty can be provided by displaying a color that coordinates with a light-shielding portion of a window even in a stand-by state of a portable display.
