<p>The present invention relates to a system and a method for real time monitoring an electrocardiogram (ECG) for a personal health record (PHR). The system for real time monitoring an ECG for a PHR comprises an electrocardiogram measuring device for measuring an electrocardiogram of a person; a mobile terminal having an application for receiving the measured ECG data through the ECG measuring device and a wire/wireless communication to be outputted by a visualized module, providing information of an ECG graph, a heart rate and a stress index and a measuring history, selecting whether to store a measuring result to be stored in the system; an ECG monitoring system for storing PHR information and ECG information to be managed; and a web client for accessing to the ECG monitoring system via internet to provide a PHR management web page and an ECG monitoring web page, thereby transmitting, to a smartphone, the ECG data of the patient measured by the ECG measuring device, storing, in real time, the ECG data of the patient received from the application of the smartphone in the ECG monitoring system, utilizing a bio-signal for ECG, a pulse and stress to manage personal health using the web page, monitoring, in real time, the PHR and an ECG status of the patient and constantly managing the PHR.
