PURPOSE: A power generating apparatus is provided to improve power generation efficiency by increasing a small movement of an external power source to a large movement. CONSTITUTION: A central shaft(10) rotates forward or backward. A first rotor(20) is combined with the central shaft by a first unidirectional bearing. The first rotor rotates with the central shaft forward. A second rotor(30) is combined with the central shaft by a second unidirectional bearing. The second rotor rotates with the central shaft backward. |
