The present invention relates to a reinforcing bar binding device, which binds reinforcing bars by using clips, and a stand for pulling a reinforcing bar hook. More particularly, the objective of the present invention is to prevent multiple reinforcing bars, which are arranged in a lattice shape or horizontally during the construction of various buildings or structures, from being separated, by punching a U-shaped clip at a time, which is loaded inside an automatic coupling device operated by receiving motor power, and at the same time, by twisting a clip inserted into a hooking groove of an operation blade. |
