Both end parts of the over lap part 2 are connected by connection fittings 3. When the reinforcing bars 1a, 1b are connected by the connection fittings 3, a clearance forming insert 9 provided to a reinforcement clamp part 5 of the connection fitting 3 is inserted between the reinforcing bars 1a, 1b to form a clearance 4 between the reinforcing bars 1a, 1b. After the connection by the connection fittings 3, concrete is placed, so that cement paste fills the clearance and adheres to the reinforcing bars 1a, 1b. |
