PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bi-directional collecting large vein filter.SOLUTION: An intravascular filter assembly has a development state for capturing thrombus in a patient's vessel, a first contraction state for extraction in a first direction from the patient's vessel, and a second contraction state for extraction in a second direction from the patient's vessel. A plurality of first struts extend from a first side in an axial direction of a fixed hub, and a plurality of second struts extend from the opposite side in the axial direction of the fixed hub. An axially movable hub has a first position enclosing a tubular body in a radial direction, a second position spaced in the axial direction along the first struts from the fixed hub and a third position spaced in the axial direction along the second struts from the fixed hub. The first struts contract when the movable hub is in the second position, and the second struts contract when the movable hub is in the third position. |
