PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a position of a door of a train with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A monitoring system 10 includes: a plurality of imaging devices 100 having imaging portions for imaging a door peripheral image including a door of a train stopping at a station; and a data managing device 200 having transmitting/receiving portion for transmitting/receiving data to/from the plurality of imaging devices 100. The monitoring system 10 includes: a reference position memory portion 220 for storing a reference position of the door in the door peripheral image; a door image detecting portion 230 for detecting a door image in the door peripheral image; a door position specifying portion 240 for specifying the position of the door, on the basis of the door image detected by the door image detecting portion 230; and a correction information generating portion 250 for generating correction information on the basis of difference between the position of the door image in the door peripheral image and the reference position. The door position specifying portion 240 specifies the position of the door by using the correction information generated on the basis of the door peripheral image corresponding to another door and the reference position, when the door image detecting portion 230 cannot detect the door image. |
