PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound for modulating the protein kinase enzymatic activity.SOLUTION: A compound modulates protein kinase enzymatic activity for modulating cellular activities such as proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, migration and chemoinvasion. More specifically, kinase receptors associated with the change in the cellular activities, in particular quinazoline, quinoline, and a composition including the compound thereof which inhibit, control, and/or modulate the signal transduction pathway of c-Met, KDR, c-Kit, flt-3, and flt-4, are provided together with the use of the same for treating the kinase dependent disease and conditions. A method for preparing the compound and a method for preparing the composition including the compounds are also provided. |
