PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking brake of a work vehicle allowing miniaturization of a charging pump.SOLUTION: A parking housing 1d of a parking brake 1 includes a first lubricating oil path 8b supplying lubricating oil to a hub bearing 5ff rotatably supporting a motor shaft 5fc and a second lubricating oil path 8d supplying lubricating oil to a brake disk 1b. Each of the first lubricating oil path 8b and the second lubricating oil path 8d includes each proportional valve 9 having a first change-over position supplying lubricating oil to the hub bearing 5ff via the first lubricating oil path 8b when release pressure is commanded to instruct a non-operation state for a brake piston 1h, and a second change-over position supplying lubricating oil to the brake disk 1b via a second lubricating oil path 8d when the release pressure is cut off to instruct an operation state for the brake piston 1h.
