A method for concealing frame errors includes the steps of: selecting FEC mode among a first main mode applying phase matching and a second main mode applying simple repetition, based on at least one among the states of frames and phase matching flags with regard to time domain signals generated after a time-frequency inverse transformation process; and concealing the frame error corresponding to the present error frame or the present normal frame with the previous frame being error frame, based on the selected FEC mode.
