<p>A method for fabricating silicon photovoltaic cells, comprising: forming an emitter region having a first doping type at a front side of a crystalline silicon substrate having a second doping type opposite to the first doping type; providing a doped dielectric layer of the first doping type on the front surface of the crystalline silicon substrate; depositing an antireflection coating on the doped dielectric layer; screen printing a metal pattern on the antireflection coating; and firing the screen printed metal pattern through the antireflection coating and the doped dielectric layer, thereby forming screen printed emitter contacts.</p> |
