The present invention concerns a domestic water heating facility comprising a domestic hot water tank (100), a heat source (300), a refill loop (130) combined with the heat source (300) and the hot water tank (100) and a heating loop (140) connected to the hot water tank (100), characterised in that the refill loop (130) and the heating loop (140) communicate directly with the internal volume of the domestic hot water tank (100) and in that direct connections (500, 600) are provided between the refill loop (130) and the heating loop (140), brought selectively into service when allowed to do so by the measured temperature of the domestic hot water.
