<p>The transmission (1) has an output shaft (AW) that is parallel to input shaft axis (4) that is parallel to countershaft axis (5) in which a countershaft (6) is arranged. The input shafts (EW1,EW2) of wheel planes (I-VII) and/or switching elements (S1-S12) are connected to output shaft through a planetary gear (GP). The switching devices (SE1-SE6) are arranged in wheel planes on input shaft axis. The switching device (SE4) on countershaft axis is associated with input shaft (EW1) and connected with countershaft (VW1) and sun gear shaft (SW) of planetary gear.</p>
