The boundary stone constructing apparatus has an advantage of easily constructing a boundary stone (4) because the apparatus has a very simple structure and the construction is completed by putting the boundary stone (4) on the fixing pipe body (30) after concrete is poured between the side plates (10). Particularly, the boundary stone constructing apparatus has an advantage of easily separating the fixing shaft (20) after the boundary stone (4) is constructed by coupling the fixing pipe body (30) on the outside of the fixing shaft (20).
