Disclosed in the present invention is a hot-runner valve device. The hot-runner valve device of the present invention, is a hot-runner valve device is capable of receiving resins and guiding the resins to the cabinet of molding, and is prepared with a heater having a winded nozzle on the outside. The nozzle is prepared with a tube-shaped body and a diameter which is decreased to one side of the body. The end of the nozzle comprises a gate portion where gate having a cavity is formed for blowing out the resins. The outside of the gate portion is surrounded by the nozzle, in order for the nozzle to selectively move up and down. By an elastic suspension, the nozzle moves down towards the cavity and maintains the status. By the molding pressure of resins inside the cavity, the nozzle moves up, and be contact with one side of the gate portion by relatively a larger surface area. An elevation bushing induces the heat loss by the above procedure. A guide bushing is prepared to be coupled to the bottom of the nozzle, surrounding the outside of the elevation bushing. The outside of the guide bushing is prepared to be contact with the molding. |
