An array substrate includes a plurality of pixel units. Each pixel unit includes a thin film transistor, a transparent conductive metal layer, and a pixel electrode. The thin film transistor includes a gate electrode, an active layer, a source electrode, and a drain electrode. The active layer is arranged on or under the gate electrode. The transparent conductive metal layer is in contact with the active layer. The channel of the active layer is partitioned by the source electrode and the drain electrode. Disclosed are a display panel and a method for manufacturing the array substrate. |
