The present invention relates to a cold bolt forging apparatus for indicating a standard size in the head of a specialized bolt which is cold worked and, more specifically, to a forging apparatus for indicating a bolt standard in the head of a bolt which is cold worked. The cold bolt forging apparatus comprises: a main cylinder (10) installed in four upper plates (12) of a main column (11); an upper mold (20) fixed to an upper mold fixing head (21) which is elevated by being combined to a cylinder shaft (15) of the main cylinder (10); a lower mold (30) installed in the center of a lower bed (25) installed in the lower part of the main column (11); protruding guide-pieces (22, 22a) for guiding the elevation of the upper mold fixing head (21); a removing part (40) for fixing operating rods (26, 26a) to a separate supporting plate (41) to be located in the lower part of the lower bed (25) by penetrating guide holes (18, 18a) in the lower bed (25) by fixing the removing part (40) to the protruding guide-pieces (22, 22a); a vertical guiding rail (35) for guiding the elevation of the protruding guide-pieces (22, 22a) of the upper mold fixing head (21); upper and lower cross-beams (36, 36a, 37, 37a) for combining and supporting the vertical guiding rail (35) to be combined to both sides of the main column (11). |
