FIELD: instrumentation.SUBSTANCE: rotor first critical rpm is predefined. Provided that double first critical rpm is located in rotor rpm operating range said double first critical rpm is taken to be a diagnostical frequency. Component on diagnostical frequency is tracked to decide on loosened joint between working wheel and shaft by rise in its amplitude. Availability of the flaw is confirmed by origination of the component in vibration spectrum on first critical rotor rpm. At flaw revealed at the engine first starts, decision is made on loosened attachment of working wheel to shaft in rotor assembly. With flaw revealed at engine testing, decision is made on loosened attachment of working wheel to shaft under operating conditions.EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of diagnostics.4 cl, 3 dwg |
