PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of unnatural change in aspect ratio (that is an angle of view) in image reproduction.SOLUTION: A system controller 50 generates first image data in accordance with an image signal obtained as a result of imaging, and generates second image data which has a smaller size than the first image data and has the same aspect ratio as that of the first image data. Furthermore, the system controller generates third image data which has a smaller size than the first image data and has a previously selected aspect ratio. The system controller records the first image data, the second image data, and the third image data as an image file on a recording medium 200. |
