PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce false recognition of operation on a movable touch panel to improve operability of a user interface using the touch panel.SOLUTION: An imaging device includes: a body part that has an imaging unit; a movable touch panel that includes a display unit, in which a display surface of the display unit can be moved to a plurality of positions including a closed position where the display unit is closed to the body part so as to be exposed without being opposite to the body part, and an opened position where the display unit is opened to the body part; and a touch sensor that can detect touch operation to the display unit, and can detect touch operation within a range larger than a displayable surface of the display unit. When the display unit is at the closed position, the imaging device controls to extend an effective range for the touch sensor to detect touch operation larger than the case when the display unit is at the opened position. |
