PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus including a substrate on which a transformer can be built easily, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: An electric apparatus 1 including a substrate includes a magnetic material 2, one or a plurality of coils 3 provided on the outside of the magnetic material 2, and a substrate 4 for supporting the magnetic material 2. At least one of the coils 3 consists of a plurality of conductive members 31 arranged on the outside of the magnetic material 2, and a conductive pattern 32 formed on the substrate 4 connecting the adjoining conductive members 31 electrically. The magnetic material 2 may be supported via a pedestal.
