PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary driving device that can be configured at a low cost, and can suppress an error in coaxiality between a rotation target body shaft of a rotation target body and an output shaft of a planetary gear speed change device so as to perform accurate transmission of rotary driving force.SOLUTION: A planetary gear speed reduction device 30 is positioned and fixed on a rear-side plate 62 of a compound machine body 100 with the use of a driving-side plate 63. The driving-side plate 63 is attached to the rear-side plate 62 of the compound machine body 100 with the use of studs 64 so as to ensure coaxiality between a drum shaft 50 and a first sun gear 31 directly cut on a motor output shaft 21 of the planetary gear speed reduction device 30.
