Since the fire detecting part 4 terminates the fire detection operation at earlier timing by a preceding time &Dgr;T than a point when the timer terminates ordinal intermittent reception interval Tx counting, a radio transmission-reception section 2 can immediately transmit a fire alarm message when the fire detecting part 4 detects a fire. As a result, compared to conventional one, the wireless communication system can reduce the power consumption while reducing the time from an occurrence of a fire to notification of the occurrence of the fire to other fire alarm devices TR2. |
