PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting element and a lighting system having the same.SOLUTION: A light emitting element comprises: a body having a cavity; a plurality of lead frames in the cavity; a light emitting chip on at least one of a plurality of lead frames; a first molding member arranged around the light emitting chip and to which a first metal oxide has been added; and a second molding member arranged on the first molding member and the light emitting chip to which a second metal oxide has been added. The light emitting chip includes a light emitting structure having a plurality of compound semiconductor layers and a reflective electrode layer under the light emitting structure. An upper surface of the first molding member extends from a region between an upper surface of the light emitting chip and a side surface of the reflective electrode layer at a predetermined curvature, and a lower surface of the second molding member, corresponding to the upper surface of the first molding member has a curve surface protruding in the direction of the first molding member. |
