PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device which suppresses excessive notifications and facilitates determination of a failure prediction.SOLUTION: A monitoring device 20 comprises: a physical amount acquisition part 201 for acquiring a physical amount indicating a state of a device; an abnormality determination part 203 for determining the presence of abnormality on the basis of whether or not the acquired physical amount is within a prescribed range; an abnormal waveform data generation part 204 for generating, when it is determined that there is an abnormality, abnormal waveform data indicating the physical amounts temporally changed in an abnormal waveform period including at least a period from a time point when it is determined that there is an abnormality to a time point when prescribed accumulation time has lapsed; and a notification part 206 for displaying the abnormal waveform indicated by the abnormal waveform data on a display part 207.
