PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helm device capable of locking a helm at a maximum rudder angle position, and capable of releasing the locking when reversing the helm.SOLUTION: A stop mechanism 23 of a helm device has a turning member 80 enabling relative rotation to a steering shaft 22, a rotational side disk rotating integrally with the turning member 80, a fixing side disk 82 opposed to the rotational side disk, and an electromagnet to force these disks 82 on each other. The steering shaft 22 is provided with an inversion control pin 110. Both edges of the inversion control pin 110 are inserted into a slit 120 formed in a cylindrical part 80a. The slit 120 has a long shape in a circumferential direction of the cylindrical part 80a. A first pin-receiving stopper wall 121 is formed in one end of the slit 120, and a second pin-receiving stopper wall 122 is formed in the other end of the slit 120. An inversion control pin 110 can move in a range of a reversed permissible angle between the pin-receiving stopper walls 121, 122. |
