PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locked baggage transport system with high security.SOLUTION: Security is improved by providing a lock 3 with: random data generation means 31 for giving random data to a first electronic key 4; lock control means 35 for unlocking the lock 3 only when the random data matches to random data which electronic key storage means 461 stores, and communication control means for transferring the random data to a B point via a communication line 6, and writing the random data to a second electronic key 40 inserted into a second communication terminal 21 provided at the B point by inserting the first electronic key 4 which stores the random data into a first communication terminal 11 provided at an A point. |
