PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame in which freedom of design is increased by allowing a structure where a column center and a beam center are eccentric, in a column-beam junction, and a building with the frame.SOLUTION: A column-beam frame is a frame formed from a column-beam, and a column center and a beam center do not cross each other but are in a deviated positional relation. In a column-beam junction where one side face of a column protrudes from one side face of a beam, a main reinforcement of a second beam extending in a direction orthogonal with the column-beam penetrates the column and the beam, and an end portion of the main reinforcement is fixed on a side face of the column or the beam outside of the building. |
