摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a transparent electrically-conductive film using a silver nanowire, which is a transparent electrically-conductive material developed for a substitute of ITO, has a high electrical conductivity but is difficult to be made short in wire diameter to further improve transparency.SOLUTION: Provided is a metal/cellulose composite fine fiber, in which a fine cellulose fiber is covered with at least one metal; a method for producing the metal/cellulose composite fine fiber; and a transparent electrically-conducive film containing the metal/cellulose composite fine fiber. The inventors succeeded to develop a transparent electrically-conductive material, by covering, with a metal, the surface of a fine cellulose fiber with a width of about 4 nm, as a template. The transparent electrically-conductive material is quite finer, as compared to the conventional ones. The fine transparent electrically-conductive material is characterized in that a reducing functional group is selectively introduced on the surface of the fine cellulose fiber, that a given metal is reduced to precipitate a metal layer on the surface of the fine cellulose fiber in a solvent, and that the fine cellulose fiber can be covered with the metal layer uniformly.
