PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting system in which the burden of initial setup work can be reduced while shortening the total production time of a substrate.SOLUTION: A component mounting system 1 includes a component mounting device 100 for mounting a component 120 fed from a tape feeder 121 on a substrate 110, and a controller 200 for planning the initial setup for attaching the tape feeder 121 to the component mounting device 100 depending on the type of produced substrate 110. The controller 200 is configured to plan the initial setup so that the total production time of a substrate is shortened, while limiting the amount of initial setup work within a predetermined range. |
