PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an attaching structure of an accumulated flow quantity display unit to a lower case of a dry water meter.SOLUTION: In a dry water meter: a plurality of locking pawls 23 capable of elastic deformation are formed on a pressure plate fixation ring Rwhich fixes a pressure plate Pto a lower case B; locking parts 33 to which the locking pawls 23 are to be locked are formed on an external case Kof an accumulated flow quantity display unit U; and when the accumulated flow quantity display unit U is pressed against the pressure plate fixation ring Rwhich is fixed to the lower case B, the plurality of locking pawls 23 are locked to the locking parts 33 so that the accumulated flow quantity display unit U is fitted to the pressure plate fixation ring Rin one body. |
