PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen sauce flake which can be directly used as a sauce without heat treatment, clearly different from a conventional frozen sauce or frozen flake which requires heat treatment for use as seasoning.SOLUTION: In freezing a liquid, a fat is added to the liquid which is repeatedly emulsified and agitated, so that a frozen solid including the fat and air in a large amount is produced. The frozen solid can be easily pulverized into powder state with a machine, by hand, or using a hammer. The solid in a fine powder or granular state can be directly used in cooking due to easy melting at normal temperature or body temperature, being widely applicable to cooking with easiness. |
