PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent and maintain an electric motor by monitoring the electric motor and an electric motor incidental facility.SOLUTION: An electric motor preventive maintenance device 30 includes: an IO data transmitting/receiving part 33 for collecting electric motor driving information including the measured value and the measurement time of a load factor obtained from an electric motor monitoring sensor and cooling fan driving information including at least the measured value and the measurement time of the number of rotations of the cooling fan obtained from the incidental facility monitoring sensor, from an electric motor incidental facility; a data storage part 31 for storing collected data including the electric motor driving information and the cooling fan driving information; an evaluation model storage part 35 for storing an evaluation model 352 for previously modeling the correlation between the load factor at the predetermined operation of the electric motor and the measured value of the number of rotations of the cooling fan; an evaluation determination part 32 for determining on the collected data stored in the data storage part 31; and a data output part 34 for outputting a determination result.
