PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating resin composition good in compatibility with additives for coating composition and which a coated film obtained by coating on a base material is excellent in glossiness, smoothness, non adhesive property and alcohol resistance.SOLUTION: A resin composition for coating contains 10 to 50 mass% of (A) a polymer obtained by polymerizing 20 to 100 mass% of an aromatic vinyl monomer (a1) and 0 to 80 mass% of another copolymerizable unsaturated monomer (a2) and having a weight average molecular weight of 500 to 3500, and 50 to 90 mass% of (B) a polymer obtained by copolymerizing 50 to 100 mass% of alkyl (meth)acrylate having an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms (b1), 50 to 100 mass% of at least one kind of monomer (b2) selected from an aromatic vinyl polymer and one kind of polymerizable unsaturated monomers selected from cyclohexyl (meth)acrylate, methylcyclohexyl (meth)acrylate and the like, and 0 to 50 mass% of another copolymerizable unsaturated monomer (b3) and having the weight average molecular weight of 20000 to 20000. |
