PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporator with a cold storage function, the cooling performance degradation of which can be suppressed.SOLUTION: An evaporator 1 with a cold storage function, has a plurality of flat refrigerant flowing pipes 12 the width direction of which direct to a ventilating direction, and which are arranged in parallel with each other at intervals. Ventilation clearance gaps 13, 13A are formed between the refrigerant flowing pipes 12 adjacent to each other. In the plurality of ventilation clearance gaps 13A as a part of the whole ventilation clearance gaps 13, 13A, cold storage material containers 14 in which a cold storage material is enclosed, are disposed and are brazed to the refrigerant flowing pipes 12 at both sides. In the remaining ventilation clearance gaps 13, corrugated fins 15 are disposed and brazed to the refrigerant flowing pipes 12 at both sides. A plurality of projecting portions 23 projecting outward, are formed on both side faces of the cold storage material containers 14, and projecting end portions of the projecting portions 23 are brazed to the refrigerant flowing pipes 12. Three to seven ventilation clearance gaps 13 provided with the corrugated fins 15, respectively exist between the adjacent cold storage material containers 14. |
