PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver abnormal state detection device capable of detecting a driver's abnormal state even in the case of not being driving, a driver abnormal state detection system and a driver abnormal state detection method.SOLUTION: A driver abnormal state detection device 20 detects an abnormal state of a driver driving a vehicle, and includes a vehicle state detection part 21 for detecting a state of a vehicle driven by the driver, an operation detection part 22 for detecting an operation to an inside device of an automobile, mounted inside the automobile, a portable device management part 24 for detecting a communicating state between a portable device 13 carriable into the automobile and the inside device of the automobile, and an abnormal state detection part 25 for detecting whether the driver is in an abnormal state on the basis of detection results by the respective parts 21, 22, 24. |
