Provided is a cooling structure for an electric motor, including: a motor case housing a stator and a rotor, and in which is formed a slot that opens onto an end face in the axial direction of the rotor; a motor control circuit mounted onto the motor case; and a terminal block that obstructs the slot, transforming the slot into a coolant passage through which a coolant is able to flow, and that connects the power supply line of the motor and the power supply line of the motor control circuit.
