A beverage bottle with a stored solute. A screwing part (21) of a bottle cap main body (2) of the beverage bottle is screwed with a bottle neck of a bottle body. An inner cylinder part (22) of the bottle cap main body (2) is sleeved on a membrane cutting inner cylinder (3) and is snapped on an inner convex clamping rib (221) of the inner cylinder part (22) through a supporting step (36) of the membrane cutting inner cylinder (3). A pressing part (23) of the bottle cap main body (2) is abutted against the closed upper end of the membrane cutting inner cylinder (3). A deformation part (24) of the bottle cap main body (2) is abutted against a water outlet hole (32) of the membrane cutting inner cylinder (3). A water outlet cylinder part (25) of the bottle cap main body (2) forms a communicated water outlet passage structure when the deformable part (24) of the bottle cap main body gets away from the water outlet hole (32) of the membrane cutting inner cylinder. A drinking water suction drum (4) is slidably sleeved on the bottle cap main body (2) to form a switch control structure for the water outlet passage. A space for storing the solute is formed by a membrane (5) and the membrane cutting inner cylinder (3). The membrane cutting inner cylinder (3) is provided with double side membrane cutting edges (33, 34) to form double side membrane cutting structures for the membrane (5). The membrane cutting inner cylinder (3) is provided with a notch (35) to form a membrane adhesion structure for the membrane (5) after membrane being cut. The beverage bottle has the advantages of labor saving for pressing, good membrane cutting effect, quick solute release, complete release and capability of realizing direct drinking.
