<p>The purpose of the present invention is: to prevent a referral-destination doctor from accessing referral-letter information related to a patient prior to receiving the patient for examination, and from accessing personal information related to other patients; and to enable said referral-destination doctor to immediately browse the referral-letter information in cases when the correct patient has been received for examination. In an information processing device (1), referral-letter information is received from a referral-source-doctor terminal (2), the referral-letter information is associated with doctor identification information and patient identification information and stored in a referral-letter-information database (91), authorization information for accessing the referral-letter information is generated, and said authorization information is further associated with the referral-letter information and transmitted to the referral-source-doctor terminal (2). Furthermore, in the information processing device (1), in accordance with the reception of the doctor identification information, the patient identification information, and the authorization information from a referral-destination-doctor terminal (2) which requests transmission of the referral-letter information, the referral-letter information is extracted, and the extracted referral-letter information is transmitted to the referral-destination-doctor terminal (2).</p> |
