The over spring (2) has two annular curved spring bars (3a-3c) that are provided with first and second ends (6a,6b,8a,8b,10a,10b), and are connected together and displaced over connecting webs (4a,4b). The connecting webs are connected with the spring bars along the longitudinal side edges (5a,7a,7b,9a) of the spring bars, such that the ends of the spring bars are spaced to each other respectively. The width of the connecting web is smaller than the width of the spring bars. An independent claim is included for electrical plug connector.
