A package includes a carton (90) and a group of bottles (B). The carton includes a top panel (14), a bottom panel (20) and first (16, 18) and second side panels (22, 24). Each of the first and second side panels has a notional longitudinal line (17, 23) at an elevation above the bottom panel below shoulders of the bottles. The opposed ends of the tubular structure are closed by an end wall formed from a series of panels including a top end closure panel, first and second side end closure panels and a bottom end closure panel. Each of the first and second side end closure panels is hingedly connected to the adjacent first or second side wall along a first fold line. Each of the first fold lines is interrupted by a pair of at least substantially triangular panels for tightly enclosing corner bottles.
