The present invention relates to a touch screen panel, and the touch screen panel includes a substrate a touch region, a routing wire region, and a pad region, a plurality of first electrode rows formed in the touch region of the substrate and arranged in a first direction, a plurality of second electrode rows formed in the touch region of the substrate and arranged in a second direction crossing the first direction, a plurality of 1-1 routing wires formed in the routing wire region of the substrate and connected to one ends of the first electrode rows, respectively, a plurality of 1-2 routing wires formed in the routing wire region of the substrate and connected to opposite ends of the first electrode rows, respectively, a plurality of 2-1 routing wires formed in the routing wire region of the substrate and connected to one ends of the second electrode rows, respectively, a plurality of 2-2 routing wires formed in the routing wire region of the substrate and connected to opposite ends of the second electrode rows, respectively, a plurality of 1-1 routing pads formed in the pad region of the substrate and connected to the 1-1 routing wires, respectively, and a plurality of 1-2 routing pads formed in the pad region of the substrate and connected to the 1-2 routing wires, respectively, and a plurality of second routing pads formed in the pad region of the substrate and connected to the 2-2 routing wires, respectively.
