PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the operation of a laser treatment apparatus.SOLUTION: A laser treatment apparatus according to the embodiment includes an illumination system, an observation system, an irradiation system, an illumination range change part, an irradiation condition setting part, and a control part. The illumination system illuminates the fundus oculi of a subject's eye. The observation system is used to observe the illuminated fundus oculi. The irradiation system irradiates the fundus oculi with a sighting light of a predetermined pattern and a treatment light comprising the laser light of the pattern based on a predetermined pattern. The illumination range change part is used to change an illumination range for the fundus oculi made by the illumination system. The irradiation condition setting part sets irradiation conditions of the sighting light and/or treatment light made by the irradiation system. The control part controls the illumination range change part on the basis of the set irradiation conditions to change the illumination range. |
