PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic operation device capable of performing surgical operation simply and easily by allowing one handpiece to make a plurality of treatments.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic operation device includes: an ultrasonic vibrator unit having an ultrasonic vibrator generating an ultrasonic vibration; a transmitting member connected to the ultrasonic vibrator at the base end side to transmit an ultrasonic vibration generated in the ultrasonic vibrator from the base end side to the tip side; a sheath into which the transmitting member is inserted and which has an opening at the side part at the tip side; and a treatment part disposed at the tip of the transmitting member to treat a treatment object region by the ultrasonic vibration transmitted from the transmitting member when being exposed from the opening. The ultrasonic operation device excises or cuts a hard tissue.
