PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor drive capable of preventing overvoltage generation due to an induced voltage of a motor with a simpler circuit configuration without degrading convenience.SOLUTION: The motor drive includes a switching member SW that electrically connects a protective resistor 35 with a DC motor 5 through a drive circuit 11 when a rotational speed of the DC motor 5 is below a predetermined value under a state where the DC motor 5 is in a non-drive state, and electrically connects the DC motor 5 through the drive circuit 11 without interposing a diode 27 when a rotational speed of the DC motor 5 is above the predetermined value. |
