PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting element and a lighting system having the same.SOLUTION: A light emitting element comprises: a body 101; a first lead electrode 121 having a first junction arranged on an upper surface of the body and a second junction B2 extending from the first junction; a second lead electrode 131 having a third junction B3 housed inside of the first junction and a fourth junction corresponding to the second junction; a gap 124 between the first and second lead electrodes; a third lead electrode arranged on a lower surface of the body; a fourth lead electrode arranged on the lower surface of the body; a first coupling electrode for coupling the first lead electrode with the third lead electrode in the body; a second coupling electrode for coupling the second lead electrode with the third lead electrode in the body; a light emitting chip arranged on the first junction of the first lead electrode and the third junction of the second lead electrode; and a first junction member arranged between the light emitting chip, the first junction of the first lead electrode and the third junction of the second lead electrode. |
