PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for an infill by which unitized furniture and the like are installed as partitions in a dwelling unit in a skeleton state and an unnecessary space can be effectively utilized.SOLUTION: A construction method for an infilled portion 15 in each dwelling unit 10 in an apartment house built in a skeleton state 11 structure includes the steps of: (1) putting the inside of the dwelling units 10 into the skeleton 11 state; (2) painting at least wall surfaces 13 and a ceiling plane; (3) positioning a piping installation on a floor; (4) performing underfloor structure work on the floor and forming a floor surface 16; (5) installing wiring equipment on the wall surfaces 13 and the ceiling plane; (6) assembling life units including at least a furniture unit 20, a plumbing unit 21, and a kitchen unit 25 and installing the life units on the floor surface 16; and (7) erecting columns 37 on the floor surface 16 and installing beams at least in one of spaces between the columns 37, between life units, and between the column 37 and the life units. |
