PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic drum capable of sound volume reduction while maintaining a bright strike sound and an excellent strike feeling.SOLUTION: An acoustic drum 10 includes a cylindrical shell 11; a drum head 12 which is installed on one opening of the shell 11 and forms a percussion surface; a percussion surface side mass application member 13a installed on whole effective moving area of a rear face of the drum head 12; and a percussion surface side mass application member 13b installed on whole effective moving area of a face of the drum head 12. The percussion surface side mass application members 13a and 13b are formed with a resin film, and their external peripheral side part is fixed to the drum head 12. |
