PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extensible insulation protector which can simultaneously mount the protector to three overhead lines and can adjust the length of a protector body depending on the length of the line to which the protector is mounted.SOLUTION: An extensible insulation protector 1 comprises: paired clips 3, 4 each provided with paired holding arms 10, 11 that sandwich a middle line of three overhead lines and paired side arms 12, 13 which are arranged outside the paired holding arms 3, 4 so as to be applied to outer overhead lines from the outside, respectively; an insulative protector body 5a for the middle line arranged between the paired clips 3, 4 so as to cover a peripheral surface of the middle line from both sides and extensible along the middle line; insulative protector bodies 5b for outer lines arranged so as to cover peripheral surfaces of the outer lines from at least the outside and extensible along the outer lines; and extensible guide members 6 that are arranged between the paired clips 3, 5 and guide the movement of the protector bodies in an extending and contracting directions. |
