PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict browsing of a Web page partially including a harmful content.SOLUTION: A proxy server 110 controls browsing of a Web page using a browser 421 of a client 120. A browsing request obtaining part 411 obtains a browsing request of a Web page from the browser 421. A resource data obtaining part 412 obtains resource data constituting the Web page. A determining part 413 determines whether a browsing prohibition content is included in the Web page on the basis of text data included in the resource data. A specifying part 414 specifies the range (hereinafter referred to as "browsing prohibition range") on the Web page displaying the browsing prohibition content when it is determined that the browsing prohibition content is included. A replacement part 415 replaces the resource data thereby to display another display content instead of the browsing prohibition content in the browsing prohibition range. An output part 416 outputs the replaced resource data to the browser. |
